When considering this luxury holiday home, the setup for a vacation rental should be considered in the following manner. The property is divided into two distinct sections . Firstly, a separate Luxury Villa that comprises 2 bedrooms a kitchen and a TV room, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers, baths and toilets. The setup is of such a nature that it is open plan or could be converted into a completely open space by opening the sliding doors of the two rooms and the sliding doors of the Villa that opens unto a balcony overlooking the pool, the garden and the ocean. From the balcony, there is a staircase that leads straight down to the Jacuzzi and the pool, the boma braai and a bar.

The Main House is a 4-bedroom with all rooms having en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the rooms are upstairs, complimented with sea views and 40m2 balconies each. One bedroom is downstairs and caters to elderly or people with impaired ability to climb stairs, although this guest bedroom is embedded with the lush garden, visible from all sides.

The main bedroom upstairs boasts a stunning 100m2 size and 40 m2 balcony. The downstairs area has a massive kitchen, dining room, tv room, games room and sliding doors that opens up unto the grass, the boma area, the bar, the swimming pool, and the jacuzzi. A perfect holiday setting. Furthermore, the beach is private and honestly maybe 50m away, as can be seen by the pictures.
