This single level self-catering villa sleeps 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is located in the secure San Lameer estate and is walking distance from the Blue flag Marina beach. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The other two rooms, which share a modern bathroom with a basin and a separate toilet, have a queen bed and two single beds respectively. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and cutlery. It has an open plan living area which consists of a dining area and a lounge with a flat-screen TV equipped with DSTV. The lounge has sliding doors which lead out to a spacious covered patio that overlooks the golf course and the estate gardens. The patio has a built-in braai area and outdoor furniture which flows onto a deck area to enjoy the magnificent estate views.
