The house sleeps 13 people (11 in the main building with an option for an additional, separate 2 – ideal for young mums or accompanying carers – away from the main building). The main house has 4 comfortable bedrooms: a King en-suite, a Queen en-suite, a room with 2x singles and a 4th bedroom with 2 single adult size bunk beds and pull out (5 beds total). The outbuilding has a Queen bed for secluded comfort and an en-suite bathroom.

• ​ All rooms have fans, air-conditioning and spacious cupboards.
• The Beach House boasts an open-plan lounge and dining room with 65” flat screen TV (DSTV) and unlimited Wi-Fi.
• The open-plan kitchen is newly fitted and offers a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and gas stove for load shedding immunity.
• The garden is fully fenced, spacious and pet friendly.
• Rooms have air conditioners and fans.
• The house is supported by ample water and electricity backups to avoid inconvenience. 
• Security includes alarm and security gates.
• Serviced by washing machine, dish washer, 2 fridges and gas stove.
• A large, covered veranda, straddled by deck off both main rooms, is made for relaxation, overlooking a large pool (with safety net if required) and undercover braai area.
• Comfort surrounds the pool and braai, including an outdoor shower. You won’t want to leave!
