This large 120m² beach house with a second guest bedroom is situated on the seafront with magnificent views over the Paternoster Bay.
The generous double volume open plan living and dining area is decorated in a rustic contemporary style with local character. Large doors open onto the patio with the ocean almost on its doorstep.
The master bedroom has adjustable indoor windows to let in the views, an extra length queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate toilet. The guest bedroom offers two single beds and has a separate small bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a five-burner Euro gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
The living area has a flat screen television set with satellite DSTV (Hotel DSTV package, including sports channels, kykNET, MNET, Movie Channel, BBC, Disney Channel and National Geographic), a DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access and an electronic safe large enough to store a laptop.
The spacious patio allows you to easily extend the indoors to outside open air living from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the bay while lighting the fire for the traditional braai or barbeque or pouring the chilled wine for a relaxing sundowner.
The home has covered parking in front of the beach house.
Please note that different rates apply depending on the season of the year as well as during long weekends and school holidays.
