The house has 4 bedrooms of which 3 are en suite and the fourth has a bathroom next door. There is also a separate toilet and basin in the living area downstairs. The main bedroom is downstairs (waterfront), the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs, 2 (en suites) of which are waterfront with their own private balcony’s overlooking the canals. The main bedroom en suite has a bath and large shower whereas the other bathrooms have large showers only.

Entertainment and Facilities

The spacious living area downstairs is open plan and flows on to the deck which stretches onto the canal, where you could moor your own boat. In the living area downstairs there is an indoor braai and on the deck there is a lapa braai for good weather conditions.

Full DSTV premium is available on the downstairs TV with Full HD xtra view on the TV in the upstairs lounge for those that want to watch a different channel. There is also a DVD player available downstairs. On the property there is a 2 seater kayak available for use by tenants as well as a table tennis table in the double garage.
