The villa offers exquisite views of the ocean, making it possible to whale watch right off the porch or balcony.

It is situated only short stroll away from the rocky shoreline and the Klipgat Caves, and the hiking trail to Die Plaat nature reserve and beach leisurely meanders off to its destination at the front of the house. The house offers ample indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for family and friends to gather and BBQ/braai, for the children to play games and for the family to rest and relax around the swimming pool.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. On the first floor, the large main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a gas-heated fire place and a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom on the first floor contains 2 single beds and has access to an adjacent bathroom with a shower. The third en-suite bedroom on the ground floor contains a queen-size bed and a small office desk ideal for work-from-home getaways. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and has an adjoining bathroom with shower.

The house includes a fully equipped upstairs open-plan kitchen and dining area, and spacious lounge with gas-heated fireplace. The kitchen is modern with fine finishes and appliances calling for master chefs to up their cooking game. It has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/convention oven, kettle, and toaster. It has a separate scullery with a dishwasher. On the ground floor there is another lounge area with inside BBQ/braai, a games area with pool and table tennis tables, a small kitchenette with beverage cooler and a washing basin, and another dining room area. The washing machine, tumble-dryers and cleaning materials are located in a separate washing room area.

In addition, the house is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels, Wi-Fi, and beach towels.

The house features 2 outside braai areas – one on each floor – as well as enclosed outdoor dining overlooking the swimming pool and ocean. Fully fenced and private, the house has secure parking for 4 cars.
