We offer a 4 storey, 1100m2 modern-contemporary building that has been carved into the mountainside and hangs over the beach/harbor with the ocean literally below us.

There are spectacular SEA and MOUNTAIN views from 4 of the 5 Units.

Guests are so close that that can literally hear the waves break on the beach and harbor walls.

The modern contemporary building is built on over 2000 meters square of prime land with many individual private terraces and lawns that provide our guests with space and tranquility to enjoy your idyllic holiday of a lifetime.

The Large House can be rented as a whole to intercommunicate with each floor or split into four luxury floors, all finished with modern, quality fittings & internet access.

We are set in very large grounds which is very rare for this exclusive part of Gordon’s Bay and is considered by many to be the perfect setting for this reason alone.

Guests are given privacy to relax and enjoy the stunning and unsurpassed views towards Cape Point, Table Mountain, the Helder berg Mountains and of course, the Winelands.

You can sit on your balcony and watch whales when in season (June – Oct) dolphins and/or seal, not to forget the most spectacular sunsets over Table Mountain.

There is a communal pool that is shared between the 5 Apartments.

BUDGET STUDIO,1 BEDROOM. Sleeps 2

The Budget studio is our smallest unit at 60 m2 including the deck.

It does not have a sea view from inside the apartment which is reflected in the much lower price charged.

However it does have glorious sea , harbor & mountain views from its private deck outside.

The Studio  apartment is 30m2 internally plus a large  30m2 shaded deck outside. The Studio  Deck is 10 meters away from the  Studio side entrance.  The outside shaded deck area has a  dining table & 2 chairs  plus a braai & a Large leather sofa  with beautiful sea, beach, harbor & mountain views. The outside deck also has power to charge your phone or laptop if needed.

Inside the apartment it has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle  etc.

It also has a washing machine for guests staying longer. It has a shower, WC & basin.

It has a small lounge/diner  with a 2 seater leather sofa, small table & a foot rest

The 55 inch SMART TV has NETFLIX ACCESS plus the full DSTV sports package  & fast Fibre High Speed Internet.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets with lights plus  Wardrobe

Penthouse 2 Bedroom,2 Bathroom sleeps 4 max

High Ceilings, Open plan Lounge with Large  Chocolate  leather Sofa  conveniently placed to watch the Smart Satelite TV with  full sports  package & Netflix access.  Long Granite  Dining table to take in the views with  Leather dining chairs.

Fireplace for those cosy winter evenings with  180 degree views of False Bay from inside the apartment &/or 360o Panoramic all round views from the shaded balcony.

The shaded balcony also has an additional large leather  sofa plus a Weber Braai if you wish to  braai whilst taking in the incredible views.

The Wedding Apartment has its own privately designated braai area in the grounds with  x 2  Weber braais plus a fire pit if guests wish to make a controlled fire in that area only. This is a shaded area as per the photos & a very beautiful spot to relax & admire the spectacular views.

There is a  professional large double braai on the additional 60m2 Royal terrace for Royal guests only that wish to take their time whilst braaing & enjoy the ambience that the setting brings.

This  is on the same level as the Royal Apartment within the grounds a few meters from the Royal entrance door & separate wooden deck.

Inside the Royal Apartment has contemporary modern interior design with XL porcelain tiles throughout. Kitchen with granite worktops & central island /Stainless steel washing machine/dishwasher/hob/oven/fridge freezer/kettle/microwave/ toaster etc.

300 m2 internally plus 100 m2 raised terrace. 400 m2, sleeps up to 8 Max.

Totally open plan. The split level living is complemented by glass balustrades on the upper floor both inside plus on the main bedroom deck. The lower bedrooms can be opened up to inter communicate if required. To the side it opens out to a totally private additional 100m2 terrace making 400m2 overall.

There is also a mountain stream that runs through this area of the garden, creating an incredible setting for the Presidential guests to braai & have sundowners at their leisure. The stream also allows us to harvest our own natural filtered water.

To the front, the apartment opens up to a further 120m2 communal pool & terrace & raised additional bedroom balcony.

The apartment has great flow to the vast grounds that are very rare in this exclusive part of Gordons Bay.

Because of the space & the split level living opening out to the grounds this apartment has more of a feel of staying in a villa. All the usual luxuries are included that you would expect from a property of this standard.
