This is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment located in Ballito, one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most beautiful coastal areas, with pristine beaches and warm waters. Dolphins frolic in the waves and you can swim, surf, or scuba dive along with them. The promenade is perfect for early morning jogs, and there are several shopping malls in close proximity.

This air-conditioned apartment on the third floor, can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. These 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, double door fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a dishwasher provided. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DSTV premium. The lounge opens onto to a covered balcony with patio furniture, which can also be accessed from the main and second bedroom.

This unit has 1 lock up garage and 1 open parking space inside the gated complex. Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair friendly and there are no lifts. The complex has a lovely central tropical garden with large swimming pool and separate paddling pool for the toddlers and youngsters. A section of the garden includes a boardwalk over and through a natural lush mangrove wetlands area where the indigenous plants have been untouched. The sounds of this small forest combined with the sound of the breaking waves make for a fantastic nights sleep.
